Srinivasa Nookala is the Vice President of Development at LDK Ventures and resides in Idaho's Treasure Valley. He joins Drey and Tayler on this installment of the TVCRE podcast to discuss how to overcome common challenges in industrial development, share his insights on the current market, and provide suggestions for folks looking to participate more in industrial development in the future.

Srini is active in the Treasure Valley real estate and business communities, has a background in civil engineering and construction management, and is currently pursuing an MBA as well! He and his wife have one daughter, and as you'll hear in the podcast, these familial relationships are a big part of why Srini chose to live and work in the Treasure Valley.
